Preparing the service
In Loving Memory Of
R I P
2016 — 2026
A solemn gathering to mourn the end of an era, celebrate survival, and prepare for whatever chaos comes next. Black attire encouraged. Tears optional. Prosecco mandatory.
A Guide For The Bereaved
Join us for a weekend of mourning, memory, and mild chaos as we bid farewell to Sophie's twenties with the dignity they deserve — which is, frankly, very little.
Day One
Friday Evening
5:00 PM
Chill vibes. Memories shared. No judgement (yet).
6:00 PM
A communal feast to honour the fallen. Comfort food as grief counselling.
Day Two
Saturday
Morning
Hydration. Damage control. Plans are made.
Late Morning
Black fits on. Hair done. Sunglasses weaponised.
2:00 PM
A solemn procession into town. Please practise your serious face.
3:00 PM
Mourning officially ends upon first sip.
5:00 PM
A loud celebration of survival.
Day Three
Sunday Morning
10:00 AM
Quiet goodbyes. Whispered regrets. Sudden vows to "never drink again".
What To Wear To A Funeral
Friday
Your best PJs. Satin sets, robes, slippers, face masks. The vibe is "sleepover at a five-star mausoleum".
Saturday
All black, elevated. Dresses, suits, sharp coats, tasteful pearls. Think: fashion funeral. Not: costume shop.
*Will be provided to cover your tears.
A Moment of Reflection
We gather to mourn what was lost…
Gone, but not forgotten (until tomorrow morning).
We honour her bravery and her poor choices.
Replaced by naps and ibuprofen. Amen.
…and celebrate what lives on.
Sophie enters her 30s like a headline.
Still unhinged — just with nicer shoes.
A community of mourners with a shared purpose: vibes.
"Please wear black and bring your best stories.
This is a celebration disguised as a funeral."
Designed as a dramatic "order of service" because Sophie's 20s deserved stationery.
No actual decades were harmed. Just lightly roasted.
